Dining: Upton 43
Last week in Minneapolis, our friend Marina invited us to dine at her work. I didn’t know where we were going until we arrived, enchanted by the stark Scandi + Japanese inspired design. From the handmade cutlery trays, to the gusto with which each dish arrived, the details were perfectly executed.
My boyfriend grew up here, and whenever we visit, I always try to catch up to him and his childhood buddies in drinking. Feeling a little hung over from the night before, I decided to opt for non alcoholic offerings, and was happy to discover that they had a few specially infused drinking vinegars on the menu.

Everything colorful and delicious, these pickles rested on a bed of elderflower sorbet!

I loved the entire experience, and will for sure return again next time we visit.
